This Skill Builder course will instruct you to use the fundamental capabilities of Microsoft Exchange for sending and receiving electronic mail messages; store and organize mail messages; use folders to organize items; work with public folders; use the Inbox and Out Of Office Assistant; use and create forms; and understand the basic capability of using Exchange remotely and accessing Microsoft Schedule+ from within Exchange.

Audience
This course is for anyone interested in learning the fundamental capabilities of Microsoft Exchange. Participants should have taken Microsoft Windows 95 - Fundamentals (Course 70011).
Objective

- Send a message to a remote site using the Remote Mail option.
- Establish a continuous dial-up connection from your desktop.
- Update Schedule+ Information remotely using the Connect to server button.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 15MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
