Audience
The audience for this course would include learners who work in an office environment producing and working with databases e-mail or Internet software. A high level of computer skill is not required for New Features Part 1 but learners will have had some prior experience with Microsoft Office software. However New Features Part 2 requires a higher level of skill as its emphasis lies in databases and networking software. Learners will need a basic knowledge of either Microsoft Office 97 or 2000 applications. This course will focus on new features within Office XP from the perspective of a user familiar with Office 97 or Office 2000.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
The network version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
