Audience
System Administrators who are responsible for the setup maintenance and administration of a corporate groupware communication installation. Students should have administration experience with NetWare Administrator and NDS. They should also have an understanding of TCP/IP protocols and IP addressing including DNS and DHCP. In addition they should have taken the first part in this series (course 81605) prior to taking this course. This series is based on Novell course 350 and will help Novell CNA and CNE certification candidates prepare for exam 50-633.
Objective
- Teach the installation process for the GroupWise client.
- Identify installation strategies the installation the configuration of the workstations and the maintenance of the software.
- Configure messaging for a single post office.
- Build a GroupWise system modeled after the organizational structure of the company by adding a second post office.

Minimum Requirements
The CDROM version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
- At least a double speed CDROM drive.
- An MPC compliant sound card with attached speakers or headphones is recommended (Currently only the CDROM version supports audio).
The network version of this course requires:
- At least a 486DX 33Mhz CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher and a Microsoft compatible mouse.
- At least 8MB RAM and 22MB available hard disk space or file server space.
- At least VGA graphics capability with a minimum 512K video RAM (1MB video RAM recommended).
