Description

Linking with XML begins with the general concept of linking to an advanced approach in multidirectional linking. The 4 lessons in this course begin with an overview of linking and moves to a thorough exposure to XLink from simple to extended links. The last lesson is dedicated to XPointer; an integral part of linking in XML.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of HTML and or JAVA is beneficial, but not critical.

Minimum Requirements

486DX/66 MHz or higher processor, Windows 95, 98 or Windows NT 4.0. If running a version of Windows NT, must be running Windows NT Service Pack 3 or higher. For Windows 95/98: 16 MB of RAM min.; Windows NT: 32 MB of RAM min. Notepad or basic text editor required.
