486DX/66 MHz or higher processor, Windows 95, 98 or Windows NT 4.0. If running a version of Windows NT, must be running Windows NT Service Pack 3 or higher. For Windows 95/98: 16 MB of RAM min.; Windows NT: 32 MB of RAM min. Notepad or basic text editor required. A browser capable of processing XML statements is a must. Example. IE 5.0 and higher
