Description

This course is designed to provide instructions on how to use Lotus Notes 4.6.

Audience

End Users.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of Lotus Notes 4.5.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

• Understand what Notes is and introduces Notes workspace
• Understand the relationship between databases, documents, forms, and view
• Understand what a document is and is and discusses the difference between regular and response documents
• Create and send mail message, as well covers all aspects of text formatting, including font selection, font size, color, and use of the bold, italic and underlined text
• Understand the basic document management techniques, including selecting single and multiple documents, copying and deleting documents, printing   documents, and dealing with read and unread documents
• Understand the features of the Calendar, view different years, and select specific dates
• Schedule meetings, send out invitations, and respond to meeting invitations you receive
