Description

This course presents students with both theoretical and practical instruction on basic network concepts and terminology, including the networking capabilities of Windows and network protocol configuration. This course also covers concepts relating to the Internet and how to set up a system for Internet access.

Audience

This is an entry-level audience that want to pass the A+ Core Hardware (2003) Examination or that have a strong interest in operating system technologies. Participants come from a broad spectrum of experience. Typical job roles may include IT professional or PC service technician. Basic skills acquired in the early stages of on-the-job training as a service technician are a pre-requisite of this course.
