Audience
This course is designed for network support staff who will install and maintain small networks perform helpdesk role and provide first level of technical assistance to users in medium-to-large enterprise organizations network administrators who will manage and monitor medium-to-large networks networking professionals who are using Cisco products Channel partners resellers customers who are new to Cisco products and services or Students who want a resource library for the CCNA and CCNP.
Prerequisites
Individuals taking this course should have a basic knowledge of OSI layers data communications networking concepts and terms associated with networking.
