Target audience for this curriculum consists of network support staff who will install and maintain networks perform a helpdesk role and provide technical assistance to users. This curriculum is also aimed at network administrators who will manage and monitor networks and networking professionals who are using Cisco products. Target audience also includes channel partners resellers and customers who are new to Cisco products and students who want a resource library for CCNA and CCNP.
PrerequisitesThe audience for this curriculum should have basic knowledge of data communications networking concepts and the terms associated with networking. The audience should have knowledge of internetworking technologies and concepts. Knowledge of a TFTP server and knowledge of Windows 95/98 or Windows NT is also required.
