Training Program Details
This program is designed for relational styled selling and requires 2 days of intensive workshop participation.
Objectives: By the end of the workshop participants will have:
1. Created an overall territory opportunity analysis and asset map
2. An understanding of customer dynamics
3. An understanding of customer psychographics
4. Created 2 3 strategic sales plans
All materials including, guide, templates, etc are included.
As this is an intensive program course size is limited to 12 participants. Some exceptions may apply.
