- J asked: I have just become a Director of Membership Sales (service agreements to HVAC clients) for a Heating and AC company. I am in charge of sales for seperate companies at the moment and it will grow to within years. I have expeience managing account relationships in a large organization, but I have never directly managed people. I will be managing apporximately people in all different cities at one time. This is a new role in the company and I need some guidance on leading people and being a leader in the company, from customer service to selling, etc.

The 8 levels of Leadership
Overview: This one-day workshop focuses on self-development in a focused, experiential, high energy environment. The proposed format makes use of a variety of instructional techniques to provide opportunities for individual work, large and small group involvement as well as mini-lectures and video.
This program requires that participants have some basic leadership experience.
Objectives: By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
1. Explain the organizational model
2. Understand the Eight levels of leadership concept
3. Understand the difference between management and leadership
4. Understand the success keys of powerful leadership
This program may be utilized for large or small management groups, or be individually coached.
Includes course materials etc.
This program requires that participants have some basic leadership experience.
