Relationship Selling Overview: This one-day workshop focuses on self-development in a focused, experiential, high energy environment. The proposed format makes use of a variety of instructional techniques to provide opportunities for individual work, large and small group involvement as well as mini-lectures and video.

This program requires that participants have some basic sales experience.

Objectives: By the end of the workshop participants should be able to:

1. Describe the relationship process.
2. Explain the psychology of sales.
3. Understand and explain the process of customer change.
4. Build a customer action plan.
