There is structure to all effective communication. Learning how to use those structures will enable you to set outcomes and achieve them with the co-operation and help of others.
This workshop will equip you with a set of practical tools, which you can use to improve your communication effectiveness. Why is it important for you to take this workshop?
Excellent communicators are good at gaining the co-operation of others with their ideas and suggestions. One of the things they are doing is commanding the attention of the other person. Once they have done this they can go onto gaining the acceptance and trust of that person. There are several behavioral patterns associated with these abilities. Learning what these patterns are and learning how to use them will enable you to replicate the results of great communicators .

Most influence is random and purposeless. It is influence all the same. In our culture there is a misconception that once you apply influence it automatically becomes manipulation. ALL communication is influence. The only distinction is whether it leads to a mutually beneficial outcome or not. NLP provides a system through which creating and achieving dovetailed outcomes is not only possible but also inevitable. Most great learning experiences have a common foundation great communication.
Applying the science and art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) will significantly improve participants:

NLP is based on the premise that behavior, thinking and acting patterns can be modelled, learned, taught and changed. Cutting edge communication skills, when combined with personal congruence, are the foundation of strong leadership, superior negotiating, and smooth management.
*NLP draws on discoveries in such varied fields as hypnosis, cybernetics, linguistics, psychology, and psychiatry, as well as sales and management communication models. q Describe the important presuppositions behind effective communication and the part you play in that process
q Learn to use non-verbal methods to establish rapport with another person
q Demonstrate an understanding of the principles behind providing successful feedback
q Able to identify how the other person is processing information by using Eye- Accessing
q Identify process words in other peoples language pattern
q Demonstrate ability to enter the three main perceptual positions and use these to inform your own approach in conversation
Day Two
q Generate a well-formed outcome
q Elicit a well-formed outcome from another person
q Create a win-win description for a mutual outcome
q Identify the five main ways information can be lost
q Generate appropriate questions to retrieve lost information
q Demonstrate the ability to use softeners with questions
At the end of this course participants will have -
q The ability to create trust quickly in any communication
q Have more success in planning and achieving business objectives
q Be able to quickly and accurately read others non-verbal behavior
q Greater creative capacity in their thinking and better able to solve problems
q Be asking the super questions that provide high quality information
q Learned to use the four skills that earn attention and trust
q Ability to retrieve information lost in language
