Training
Provided by Zenergy PD Inc.
They stand in the circus ring surrounded by feisty tigers, with only a token whip to suggest who is supposed to be in control. Training tigers is not everyone s cup of tea. And yet every trainer knows that you cannot train a tiger while it is still in a cage. We have to release the tigers so that we can play with them and learn from them as they learn from us. Training people has only one essential difference people can be even more challenging to work with.
Helping people tap into their greater potential is one of the most important and rewarding things we can do for each other as human beings. Being instrumental in someone else growing professionally and personally is a real privilege. Doing this as part of your profession is a blessing. However the brighter the light the darker the shadow and with the highs of working closely with other people are the lows of the challenges which come with that.
Communication is the most important element in the training / facilitation process. A great deal hangs on how you communicate with the learner / learning group, and just as importantly, how you communicate with yourself.
