But if your people don t communicate well, you end up with low productivity levels, unending interdepartmental and intradepartmental conflicts, and high stress levels. In other words, you cannot sleep well at night.

Bad or ineffective communication, breakdown of communication, miscommunication, whatever you call it, is the main cause of lower productivity.

The first order of the day, if you want to see an increase in productivity and a decrease in wastage, is to ensure that your personnel have the right attitude towards effective communication and the skills needed to communicate well.

This two-day training program is designed to do just that -- help your people have the correct attitude, and a set of skills needed, to ensure that what they say gets through and is understood by the parties to whom the communication is intended.
