This 2-day Performance-based Contracting focuses on the concept and use of Performance-Based Contracting (PBC). Participants will learn to plan for and develop PBC statements of work, and design measurement criteria for work performed under such contracts. Contractor selection, performance incentives, outputs and outcomes and best practices will also be covered.
