This hands-on 1-day seminar will rejuvenate the way that they manage their purchases. Based on the concepts embodied in the ISO-9001 standards, they will work with the program's instructor to fully assess their purchasing process, its documentation, and its performance. They will identify gaps in performance, and develop action plans for improvement. They will use their own policies and procedures to receive what will amount to a purchasing assessment and improvement study.
