Purchasing Under Government Contracts

Purchasing using Government funds is governed by the rules and regulations of the issuing Government agency. Some of these agencies subscribe to the Federal Acquisition Regulations while others consider implementing regulations specific to the issuing agency such as the Department of Defense and the National Aeronautics and Space Agency. Many Government agencies audit the purchasing systems of contractors to ensure that Federal funds are spent wisely, using the Federal procurement model as a template. CCG has performed many of the preparatory assessments needed to gauge a given company s level of compliance prior to the full Government audit.

We have written policies and procedures that are compliant with federal requirements. We have developed training programs to ensure that staff has the requisite knowledge and skills, and we conduct follow-up audits to ensure that the policies are being enforced.
