Participants in the Strategic Sourcing Process Program will:
- Learn the strategy your company is taking for supply management
- Evaluate commodities to determine sourcing strategy and type of supplier relationship desired
- Apply the 8-step process to specific sourcing groups to support the commodity strategy
- Identify and understand specific viewpoints of key stakeholders such as finance, engineering, quality and manufacturing
- Develop team composition, roles and responsibilities, and a framework for working together to achieve joint project goals
- Learn the strategy your company is taking for supply management
