This 1-day program will focus on improving written communication skills. The principles behind clear and dynamic writing will be covered. Participants will learn how to organize writing projects; assess the audience for communications; apply various tools for writing projects; and evaluate written materials to improve results. Exercises, together with a self-assessment tool, will be used to provide feedback to participants on their communication skills. Specific communications in industry, government and non-profit sectors will be highlighted and used as examples.
