Often we forget the basics of supervision in our day-to-day operations. Whether we are a new supervisor or a long-time manager, our bag of tools may become rusty without use and proper care. Back to Basics Supervision is a two-hour workshop that looks at the characteristics of management, attitude, self-confidence, coaching, the circle of motivation and a success formula for supervisors. The session includes a workbook and audience discussion.
