This highly interactive program focuses on how to increase resiliency, better manage transitions, and deal with imposed change. We frequently use one of several change style assessments to give participants insight into how they can better manage change and more effectively leverage their personal style (See Details Below).

Every LTI classroom program is designed to achieve specific results aligned with your immediate business needs. By focusing on skills and concepts, promoting direct application, and creating an environment where participants can practice new strategies, the likelihood of impacting real, positive change, is dramatically improved. Each of our programs is specifically designed to address your unique set of needs, and can incorporate any number of assessments and tools that are necessary for achieving those results.

Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. We can conduct these sessions at your place of business, or at other locations including conference centers, resorts, or other meeting facilities. All programs are customized to suit your specific needs and to ensure that the results:

Training Program Details


Change is inevitable in today s environment. Participants learn not only how to deal with change, but also how to manage others in an ever-changing environment. Participants explore how to become more resilient to change and how to view change as an opportunity rather than a threat. Our focus is on specific skills and attitudes needed to remain productive during changing times. We also explore our personal change style (how we react to change), the different types of change, and how to manage through each of these stages.


Participants will explore:

Managing At The Speed of Change
Increase your resilience to change, which increases your capacity for change. Resilient people are flexible, focused, positive, proactive, and organized.

Managing Transitions
Explore the four types of organizational change with real-world examples. Learn to manage yourself and others through each type.

Understanding Change Strategies
We each go through various stages of change from denial through resistance, and then exploration to commitment. Develop specific strategies for dealing with each.

Dealing With Imposed Change
Through a highly participatory activity, the group works to achieve certain tasks established by top management. Throughout, they must deal with unexpected changes as they occur. New and innovative strategies must be devised.

A Change Style Assessment
Different people deal with change differently. This tool helps participants look at their characteristic preferences for either adaptive or innovative approaches to change. Why do some people prefer to do things better and others prefer to do things differently ? We look at the different styles of problem-solving, decision-making and creativity, and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
