Taking advantage of the diversity in your team and company is critical to success in today s world. Our diversity programs focus on appreciating differences and better understanding different cultures. We also explore how to benefit from diversity rather than allowing it to build walls (See Details Below).
Every LTI classroom program is designed to achieve specific results aligned with your immediate business needs. By focusing on skills and concepts, promoting direct application, and creating an environment where participants can practice new strategies, the likelihood of impacting real, positive change, is dramatically improved. Each of our programs is specifically designed to address your unique set of needs, and can incorporate any number of assessments and tools that are necessary for achieving those results.
Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. We can conduct these sessions at your place of business, or at other locations including conference centers, resorts, or other meeting facilities. Diversity is everywhere we look. Taking advantage of the diversity in your team and company is critical to success. This program will enable participants to become familiar with the many differences among their peers and in the world around them. They will learn to appreciate and utilize these differences, breaking down the barriers to effective communication. Participants also gain insight into how one s background and biases affect their relationships with others. They also identify ways that this knowledge can be used to improve effectiveness in both the work place and in their personal lives.

Learning more about the issues affecting diverse groups helps us have an appreciation and understanding of those that are different from us.
What Is Appropriate Behavior?
We are all different, but we all deserve courtesy and respect. Learn to recognize what are appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.
