Feedback is the cornerstone to almost every communication process. From tracking performance, to managing goals, our ability to give and solicit feedback is critical. We explore how to give feedback in an effective manner and how to receive feedback yourself. We explore a specific feedback process minimizes the fear and emotions often associated with difficult situations (See Details Below).

Every LTI classroom program is designed to achieve specific results aligned with your immediate business needs. Classroom programs can range in length from two hours to three days. We can conduct these sessions at your place of business, or at other locations including conference centers, resorts, or other meeting facilities.
