Systematic approach optimizes results—The highly-interactive, three-unit HPM Packaged Training Program provides participants with the practical content and implementation strategies needed to improve managerial effectiveness across their organization. Following our proven Performance Management Cycle, participants learn how to develop and link performance plans; coach employees to ensure the plans stay on track; prepare for and give constructive feedback; and effectively evaluate the performance of their employees. Training incorporates real-world examples, skill application exercises (using actual work situations), personal action plans, and practical, on-the-job reference tools.

Flexible Facilitation Options
The HighPERFORMANCE Management Packaged Training Program is designed to transfer knowledge through three modular units. Flexible facilitation options include:
  • "Intensive" learning approach—Consecutive two-day session
  • "Interval" learning approach—Full-day or half-day sessions with on-the-job application between sessions
  • "Just-in-time" learning approach—Targeted learning and application sessions, scheduled to support your organization's performance planning process

Implementation Support Options NOT Requirements

To maximize the long-term success of the HPM Packaged Training Program, RCA has a variety of support options from which to choose. But, unlike other training programs on the market, there is no certification required in order to purchase and train the program within your own organization. If you are interested in implementation support, we will work with you to help determine the type and level of assistance that best fit the needs and desired outcomes of your company.

HighPERFORMANCE Management Program Training—In either a Practical Learning Institute™ (PLI) public or on-site, two-day session, an experienced RCA facilitator provides the essential knowledge and methodology to manage employee performance effectively. Incorporating the HPM packaged training materials within the session, participants acquire critical business skills that can be applied immediately to achieve significant, measurable results.

Facilitator Training—Instruction is designed for those who will be training others on the tools and concepts covered in RCA's VITAL™ Packaged Training Programs. In this two-day session available on-site and through PLI, learn how to market your RCA program, apply recommended implementation "options," and employ program evaluation techniques to help ensure your efforts lead to measurable performance improvement.

Customized HPM Coaching—On-site and telephone consultation (by appointment) is available to support a client's specific needs in HPM program content and/or facilitation skills.
