Following a proven Performance Management Cycle, this comprehensive, highly-interactive program develops the essential skills needed to: align employee and workgroup efforts with organizational goals and objectives; allocate resources--including time, talent, and money--effectively and efficiently; clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations; handle unanticipated changes in day-to-day operations and shared priorities; and reinforce and/or redirect behavior to support employee learning and performance. On-site session is conducted by an RCA facilitator and includes all program materials. Program is also available as an off-the-shelf Packaged Training Program with Facilitator and Participant Kits.
