Maximizing Project Productivity
It is vital that projects be well-planned and carefully managed. If not, the outcome could mean overrun budgets, missed deadlines, and dissatisfied customers. Since a well-planned project is "50%" done, this highly-focused program concentrates on the first critical phase of managing projects: planning. Using their own work-related project, participants will learn to define and scope projects correctly; organize and schedule project components; assess project risks and construct contingency plans; gain executive commitment and support; use standardized processes, forms, and tools; and build the skills needed to develop practical, results-oriented plans that align with organizational priorities. On-site session is conducted by an RCA facilitator and includes all program materials. Also available as an off-the-shelf Packaged Training Program with Facilitator and Participant Kits.
