Course description
Time to market can make the difference between business success and failure for many organizations. To achieve optimal time to market, an organization must accelerate its own processes while adapting to shifting market requirements. Learn proven techniques that you can apply to your next product development effort
Who should attend Project managers responsible for new product development, engineering directors, and engineering program managers.
Prerequisites
Experience managing product development efforts, and basic financial knowledge is strongly suggested. (Business Management Skills for Project Managers).
