This is the last offering for this course.
The success of any business venture is dependent on the competencies or abilities of employees in reaching their goals. The ability to conduct a high level organization assessment for the purpose of identifying training and development needs is one of the most critical tools in supporting organizational efforts of growth and marketplace adaptability. Here you will learn how to conduct an organizational assessment that analyzes business needs and then identifies the true training and development needs.
Who should attend Trainers, managers, executives, human resource development generalists, organization development specialists, and technical specialists who make decisions about training, as well as coaching and human resource program as part of their responsibilities
