This program is not a classroom lecture. You will work in teams to plan a real-world project. The team environment amplifies and accelerates your learning. It also prepares you to manage your projects in the work environment.
Standards based
The curriculum is based on the Project Management Institute s (PMI ) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ). Participants receive a copy of Information Technology Project Management and PMI s PMBOK Guide as classroom texts.
Requirements to earn your Certificate
- Attendance is Mandatory for classes 1, 3 and 24
- Miss no more than four classes (non-consecutive)
- Work in a team environment on a real-world project, and participate in a final presentation to the class
- Access to e-mail for communicating with team members and staff
- Make payment in full
- Students should expect to take five quizzes throughout the course. Students must maintain a cumulative average of 70%

Prerequisites
The attendee must attend the entire 12 week / 24 session program. Course nights are either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm-9pm.
