The Configuration and Troubleshooting Project provides students with the opportunity to incorporate the multiple hardware and software skills learned during the program. Students are given a set of system specifications to be designed and implemented. Bugs are introduced into the systems and students analyze, diagnose and repair the systems in a simulated customer environment, using best practices and support techniques.
