Black Belts are a critical core of every Six Sigma Implementation. They are the change agents and the leaders, the project managers and the problem solvers. Often the best and the brightest employees of an organization, Black Belts work full-time to solve the chronic problems that plague company performance. This course will be delivered completely online. Certification is equal to classroom training.
Support - This course includes Master Black Belt facilitation, mentoring, and support
BMG University Access - Black Belt candidates have access for 12 months from commencement of the course to BMG University, an online university that includes audio lectures, homework solutions, quizzes, case studies, FAQs, comprehensive exercises, and access to live Master Black Belt mentoring.
Exams - Candidates must complete four exams of four hours each in length.
Course Accreditation - This course is IACET Certified for 18 CEUs.

Additional Course Requirements
Laptop computer-computers must be equipped with Microsoft Office
Minitab Software (Which is not included in the price of the course.)
The student needs Minitab version 14.
The student version does not have the full tool set needed for the course.
Minitab may be purchased through the Minitab site at http://www.minitab.com/
Instructor Recommended Reading
iGrafx Software - This software is recommended, but is not required.
