Create valid XML documents.
Create a Document Type Definition (DTD).
Validate an XML document against its associated DTD.
Apply formatting to an XML document using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Apply formatting and transform an XML document using the Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL).
Link XML documents to other documents and graphics using HTML namespaces.
Identify the uses of the Extensible Linking Language (XLL).
