Course Overview: this course offers an introduction to the world of cocktails and explores its roots from 1806 to the 2004/5, introducing a practical foundation in the mechanics of mixology and cocktail preparation. You learn methods of cocktail preparation; building a drink, stirring, shaking, blending, layering, muddling, straining and smashing oh and drinking.
Course Requirements: Basic English, minimum 18 years or parental consent.
