Course Duration: 7 hours/3 days (Mon - Web)/10.30 5.30pm
Course Locations: Birmingham ONLY
Course Overview: a three day program including; white spirits, dark spirits and whiskey. Provides a competent level of product knowledge of spirits and liqueurs to underpin job skills and competencies in the customer service and sales functions of the hospitality, retail, wholesale and spirits industries.
Course Requirements: Basic English, minimum 18 years or parental consent.
Trade or Consumer Course? Trade Course
Course Weight: 50% Theory/50% Practical
Examination: OPTIONAL EXAMINATION a multiple choice examination of 50 questions, and write a theoretical tasting note for one spirit or liqueur.
Certification: Professional Certificate in Spirits certified by WSET
Cost: Birmingham BarSchool - 275.00 Examination - 50.00
