We offer two versions of our course, "Navigating Change"---a management version and and a contributor's version. In both courses we explore the myths that interfere with our ability to deal with change, integrate specific organizational changes into skill-building exercises and give people processes for working through the unexpected. For managers, we add skills in communicating change, identifying obstacles and a series of steps on how to deal with the underlying question, "What's in it for me?"
This seminar is available only to contracting clients. We do not offer public seminars.
