We offer customized training for professional trainers and SME trainers integrating design, delivery and facilitation skills with the need to integrate the "entertainment value" of classroom training. We focus on adult learning theory and reality, and study the cues in popular culture that can add an immediacy to training efforts that many canned programs lack. The course includes videotaped practice sessions with in-class and post-session feedback.
