METHODOLOGY


The programme will be based on the principles of experiential learning. It will be highly participatory with ample use of role-plays, group work, practice, exercises and discussions. Video recording and feedback will be an important tool used. The atmosphere will be lively and informal. It would be work-related and action-oriented.

FACULTY


Vijay Munshi is a Graduate in Engineering (1972) with Post Graduate degree in Management(1979).

Vijay has facilitated leadership development programmes for HDFC, Mahindra & Mahindra, Cummins, Onward Technologies, BPL Mobile, Oracle, Dabur India Ltd., KPMG, STRATE (South Africa), IWMI (Sri Lanka), Sasol Technologies (South Africa) etc.

He has been in industry for three decades, mostly in the area of Human Resources.



Kuku Singh is leading a number of Wholesome Leadership Development interventions in various organizations. She has worked extensively with Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, SKF, Atlas Copco, Tata AIG, DHL, P&O Nedloyd, Oracle, and Lowe etc. She has also worked on International assignments like MBT (UK), IWMI (Sri Lanka), CIMMYT (Mexico), FSL (Dubai).



Anu Wakhlu has facilitated programmes in areas of Leadership Development, Team Building Skills, Training of Trainers and Time Management for organizations such as HDFC, Castrol, Tata AIG, Voltas, Godrej, DHL etc. She has also worked on International Assignments, IWMI (Thailand, Sri Lanka), PACOS (Malaysia) etc.
