Acrobat 6 is used by a wide range of professional document producers from publishers to government agencies. The non-editablity of PDFs make them the format of choice for archiving and document exchange, while PDF s print credentials allow for effective soft proofing. Acrobat offers a host of tools for streamlining all stages of document production in any size of collaborative workflow.
In this course, we look at using Acrobat s editing, commenting, and reviewing tools to help content providers work effectively in collabrative workflows. We also consider document securtiy and certified PDF workflows, as well as elementary form data.
By the end of this course, you ll feel confident setting up a collaborative workflow where users exchange, comment and edit PDF documents via email or a network.
