Focus on Facilitation Certification

In this intensive workshop, candidates learn how to teach future participants the nature and uses of selected de Bono tools, then work in groups to combine the tools to produce various outcomes. Those who earn their certifications will be the first trainers qualified to teach the End-User workshop. It's a ground-floor opportunity.

This certification enhances your ability to insert Lateral Thinking and Direct Attention Thinking within the Six Thinking Hats framework. You will be prepared to transfer this ability to participants so they get more power from each hat. You will also have access to peripherals and electronics that support this integration. You will be a charter member of the team of certified instructors entrusted to lead this application of the de Bono methods. Edward de Bono and the de Bono network of trainers will be keenly aware of your contributions and leadership.

Prerequisites: Must be certified in both Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking.

How to become certified to teach Focus on Facilitation to your internal/external clients:

• Have us conduct an internal Focus on Facilitation Certification at your organization.
• Attend a public Focus on Facilitation Certification (held once per year).
