CNA421 - Administering Cisco® Routers
Course description
The Administering Cisco Routers module is a comprehensive study of routing and Cisco router configuration. Students work extensively with routers, learning to master the Cisco IOS and CLI. During multiple lab scenarios, RIP and IGRP routing protocols are discussed in detail and configured, and routing in Novell Networks are explored. Students learn to configure routers to filter traffic based on criterion such as source and destination IP addresses, layer 3 and 4 protocols, and port numbers. The module also introduces students to the fundamentals of network design.
