Participants will learn planning and collaborative communication strategies to develop profitable and strategic, internal and external, business alliances and partnerships. Participants will leave the course with tactical skills for successfully managing negotiation challenges such as competitive and combative negotiation styles.
Strategic and challenging negotiation customized case studies will be developed for skill practice. To reflect the client's strategies and goals, case study situations will be identified in collaboration with the client's management team.
