The PSD Training 14 day course is aimed at anyone who is applying to work in High Risk situations, such as Iraq. It's a "full on" TACTICS course, teaching you British Tactics If you are intent on deploying to places such as Iraq, you need quality training, you live and learn from operators who work there. We can teach you what happens, how to deal with it and most of all, how to stay alive and keep your client safe.

14 Day 168 hour Personal Security Detail High Risk Close Protection
The PSD Training Course is a "one of a kind concept" - instructors live with students, lessons are conducted at all times of a 24 hour period, night exercises, day exercises. You learn to live and work as a PSD Operative, under pressure, in a simulated Hostile Environment.
Week 1
Intro to PSD High Risk Close Protection work, the PSD role, make up of PSD Teams, basic skill sets, body protection, walking drills, foreign weapons drills, medical, communications, driving, SAP (Security Advance Party) drills, PES (Personal Escort Section) drills, CAT (Counter Assault Team) drills, Standard Operating Procedures, Site surveys, route recce's, IED's, vehicle/personnel searching.
Week 2
Operating as a PSD Team protecting clients, 7 days of tactical operations, movements by road, ambushes, location attacks, managing and training local security, advanced skill set, anti-ambush, surviving the kill zone, tactical movements by foot, vehicle, location security, local guard forces. Ending with two days of practical exercises and a written examination.
Accreditation and Reports
The PSD Training Course is a pass/fail course, standards are high, all students receive a detailed report on their performance, to use when applying for work, all successful students will be forwarded to or strategic partners for interviews.
Food & Accommodation
Food & accommodation are included, a full, professional campus restaurant, serving quality meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner at NO ADDITIONAL COST!! You live in a large private villa, within its own grounds on site with all facilities, washing machine, TV, etc. A sleeping bag will be required.
Dress
Casual attire is recommended for all outdoor and classroom instruction. sturdy footwear and adverse weather clothing recommended.
Equipment
PSD Training will issue, PSD body armor, PSD helmets, PSD weapons, maps and comms for the duration of the course. A recommended PSD kit list will be made available to you on booking your course.
Eligibility
Anyone over the age of 21 is eligible to attend the PSD Training course, please be aware we cannot guarantee employment, standards are high and will remain as such.

These companies are our strategic connections, all students who pass the physical and written examinations are considered and recommended to these companies. It is your own initiative and abilities that will win you the position. Our strategic connections look to our course to provide them with top operators, able to work, with minimum leadership in hostile sometimes extreme environments, PSD operators already operating in Hostile Environments such as Iraq, attend our course, to refresh their skills, for their and their company's peace of mind.
