This self-paced training courseware will develop skills in effectively using Microsoft Outlook 2003. The training methodology in this courseware is "learn by doing" where the user performs common tasks and develops skills in a rich, interactive simulation of the application. This training also includes a true performance based skill assessment, printable job aids, a searchable index, optional audio and a complete glossary of terms.
This training will run under Internet Explorer and requires no plug-ins. If using audio, you will need a sound card.
With an additional license, this training includes an authoring tool that allows you to customize the existing content and add additional topics unique to your needs.
