Server provides a flexible and
robust way to deploy applications and information, allowing
organizations to use legacy hardware and software while
supporting cutting-edge technologies in the same enterprise
environment. The
Enterprise Edition is designed for singlepoint
control of server farms, licenses and resources in large
organizations, providing system monitoring and analysis,
application packaging and delivery and integration with thirdparty
Simple
Network Management
Protocol (
SNMP)
management consoles such as HP? OpenView?,
Tivoli?
NetView?, and CA Unicenter?.
This course prepares you for troubleshooting deployment
scenarios that may be encountered when managing a
MetaFrame
Presentation Server 3.0 environment. You will be
introduced to the
Citrix Troubleshooting Methodology, which is
used as the basis for investigating issues that arise in IMA and
data store communication, load management, client
connectivity, printing and environments that utilize the Web
Interface and the Secure Gateway.
