Training Provided by DeltenniumTITLE: Lead With LoveBACKGROUND: This fast-paced keynote will challenge the audience to think differently about the behavior and the role of the work leader. The term Work Leader is used to describe the first level of leadership in an organization, and the audience is challenged to consider the work leader as the key to organizational success. LEARNING OUTCOMES: This keynote is designed to propose what at first glance appears to be a somewhat radical idea, but ultimately the audience realizes that it is probably the only rational way to view their staff. The attendees should go back to the workplace with a clear understanding of the need to have a true interest, indeed love, for their associates. In addition, they will want to take these ideas back to change the way they feel, believe and behave. AUDIENCE: This keynote is designed for a broad audience of executives, managers and supervisory personnel. The presentation is tailored to the audience, hence, all examples will be directed at the level in attendance. TOPICS COVERED: The seminar is built around the first word in Mr. Czarnecki s mnemonic L.E.A.D.E.R.S. which emphasizes the need for real people leadership for first level management. The letters represent the seven essential steps, but the radical thought of LOVE as the start point is the essence of the keynote. FEATURES: The keynote is for groups of almost any size. The presentation will be highly energetic, fast-moving and laced with humorous and theatrical examples of Work Leader challenges to be Lovers as defined by the speech. There is a PowerPoint presentation with a computer, a remote mouse and pointer, and a wireless, lavaliere microphone allowing a far ranging movement by the speaker away from the podium, potentially into the audience. LEADER BIOGRAPHY: Gerry Czarnecki s book, You re In Charge What Now?,is the basis of this seminar, but the learning comes from his years of leadership having been-there-and-done-that at every level in a variety of businesses. His broad range of executive and leadership experience makes it possible for him to relate to any level of corporate citizen. He has helped work leaders achieve peak performance as a boss, an instructor, a professor, a facilitator and a coach, and does this with a fast-paced presentation based on practical experience that makes leading seem both simple and easy.
