Training Provided by DeltenniumTITLE: N2C2 Nature, Nature, Choice, ChanceBACKGROUND: This fast-paced keynote will challenge the audience to look at professional and personal achievement and success as a result of four key factors Nature, Nurture, Choice and Chance. LEARNING OUTCOMES: The attendees should go back to the workplace and their personal lives with a clear understanding of the opportunity to direct and control their future. In addition, they will want to take these ideas back to change the way they feel, believe and behave each day of their lives. AUDIENCE: This keynote is designed for a broad audience of executives, managers and supervisory personnel. The presentation is tailored to the audience, hence, all examples will be directed at the level in attendance. TOPICS COVERED: The seminar is built around the acronym N2C2 as a way to help the audience remember the key components of success in life. The audience learns that once we are born our lives are largely ours to control, but we need to make the right decisions and have the desire and will to achieve. Each of the four factors is illustrated with examples from real life, which are used to prove the point that we may not control the future but we can shape it. FEATURES: The keynote is for groups of almost any size, and has been given to groups as small as ten and as large as 10,000. The presentation will be highly energetic, fast-moving and laced with humorous and real life examples of how N2C2 influences the lives of everybody in the audience. There is a PowerPoint presentation with a computer, a remote mouse and pointer, and a wireless, lavaliere microphone allowing a far ranging movement by the speaker away from the podium, potentially into the audience. LEADER BIOGRAPHY: The learning experience for the audience comes from Gerry Czarnecki s years of leadership having been-there-and-done-that at every level in a broad range of businesses. That experience makes it possible for him to relate to a wide array of participants.
