This 45-hour mandated license-qualifying course provides preparation for the New York State Real Estate Salesperson's Licensing examination. Anyone who wishes to sell, lease or rent another person's real property for a fee or commission must be licensed as either a Real Estate Broker or a Real Estate Salesperson. In order to become a licensed Salesperson you must take a 45-hour Salesperson licensing qualifying course. For further information see the NY State web site.

New York State has strict attendance requirements. To earn a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion and qualify for a real estate salesperson license, students must attend a minimum of 90% (41 hours) of the 45-hour licensing course

NY STATE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS :

At least 18 No Felony Permanent US Resident 45 Course Pass NY State Exam
