MAP - Management Training Program
1) THE MAP MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM - (For Individuals)
Step 1 - Information is gathered for each individual participant from the:
A. Participant
B. Employees
C. The boss or partner(s)
D. Key outside influences
Step 2 - Senior staff analysis of data is reviewed prior to the participant entering the MAP Program
A. Assessment of vital issues from all data collected
B. Preliminary recommendations are developed
Step 3 - Workshop 2 1/2 days
A. Professional growth program focusing in on the 6 functions of management; How to achieve better - Communication, Planning, Organization, Staffing, Controlling and Leading
B. The MAP Management System
C. Tools of a professional manager
D. Employee accountability
E. Goals and action plans are developed
Step 4 - A 2 week follow up with participant with a detailed feedback report
A. Coaching with participant through the feedback report
B. Coaching with boss or partner using participants feedback report
Step 5 - A 60 day follow up (MAP II) meeting is scheduled (if you choose)
A. Group meeting - 4 hours
B. Additional management tools are provided
