This course will provide users information on the Internet and on how to surf and navigate the Web. It will also provide how to communicate on the Web using e-mail. A computer user with some computer experience, but has little or no exposure to surfing and communicating on the Internet.

Identify different types of e-mail clients. Identify features of Outlook Express. Send an e-mail message. Reply to an e-mail message. Add entries to the Address Book. Send an attachment through an e-mail message. Save an attachment received with an e-mail message.
Audience
