Well we like to think so!
Consider how when you started out in life, you 'observed, copied & replicated' often without the faintest idea as to why. Iin its simplest/purest form the adult/professional version of this same innate and latent ability is modelling
Modelling works on the assumption that 'excellence can be replicated', that excellence can be described in a form, which is suitable for transfer, and that excellence can be taught to others.
Metamodelling human and procedural capabilities is a key process for all stages within Knowdoubtknowfear , enabling us to create outcomes that are Adaptable, Repeatable and Transferable.
